Yankee Roo® is a Australian family business, operating out of Sydney NSW. The name of our website is based on our origins. Anthony, a true-blue American, stemming from Detroit in the US... and Margaret a fair-dinkum Aussie from Adelaide SA. Together, with our four wonderful children, we have been settled in south-western Sydney for more than a decade now.

We value your patronage as a customer. It is most important you make yourself aware of the information printed below, our privacy notice and terms and conditions of sale. We prefer to establish and maintain an efficient and problem free relationship with our customers, so your knowledge of this information is essential for a successful relationship with our company. Ignorance of this information will not preclude customers from our terms and conditions.

• Ownership of goods:
  All goods remain the property of YankeeRoo until the goods are paid for. We reserve the right to obtain the return of any and all goods not paid for.
• Payment:
  All orders placed with YankeeRoo are non-cancellable although reasonable cancellations will be accepted by YankeeRoo. An order is a contract (within the terms set out by the seller) between the buyer and seller be it verbal or by other means. A contract and it's obligations can be enforced by the courts. Order requirements such as the customers need to raise an official purchase order or orders placed without the appropriate signature as required by the buyer are the customer’s responsibility. Non payment for orders placed with YankeeRoo will not be accepted.
  • We do not do pro-forma or payment after receipt or on-account type of orders.
  • Payments may be made via various means. YankeeRoo will accept payment via credit card (online or offline), cheque (non clearance will incur additional charges), Paypal or direct deposit. Any additional government or bank charges associated with a direct deposit are the responsibility of the buyer.

Goods & Services Tax (GST)

The prices shown in our price lists and on our invoices maybe rounded to two decimal places for your convenience. Due to the trade pricing structure of our invoices, actual net prices on items may differ slightly from those in our price lists. Rounding will affect the total invoice value. Please note that YankeeRoo operates beneath the government stipulated GST threshold and therefore no GST is levied or collected for any sale; domestic or international.

How to contact us :

Please note that we operate an online business and not a traditional bricks-and-mortar store, as such we do not have a premises in which you may browse, pickup and/or drop off goods. We both have day jobs, so please contact us via email; which will be promptly responded to.
